Practically zero maintaining from management here. They just let the trailers fall apart until they tear them down. Overran with cats, addicts, and terrible potholes. Ah yes, it’s not a complete day at Sunset Trailer Park until the police get called for domestic violence or a noise disturbance. This place is legendary.
They are more worried about getting paid rent then taking care of the trail or, its more than run down rats take over in the blink of an eye,I have a hole in the floor that has never got fixed in over as year,they expect you to come out of pocket for everything, not livable,if you stay there make sure to save up for a down payment for a house,never knew what trailer trash meant until I moved to sunset trailer park, nothing but hillbillies and drunks,I didn't want to give a star but had no other option,good luck
The biggest eyesore in Norton. If Kid Rock stopped taking showers for a year while constantly guzzling down bottles of Black Velvet (more than he normally does), this is where he’d live with his confederate flag out front.
